Information on the processing of personal data
Through this website, personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons during the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”) and Act no. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”).
In accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the GDPR, we hereby inform you of the following facts.

2. Purposes of personal data processing
The data controller processes the personal data of the persons concerned for the following purposes:
· performance of real estate activities – mediation of the sale, purchase and rental of real estate,
· keeping records of offers and inquiries,
· production and publication of photos, videos and information about the property,
· communication with clients, preparation of contractual documentation,
· archiving of contractual documents,
· fulfillment of legal obligations resulting from special regulations.
Legal basis of processing according to GDPR:
· Art. 6 par. 1 letter b) – fulfillment of the contract or pre-contractual measures,
· Art. 6 par. 1 letter c) – fulfillment of a legal obligation,
· Art. 6 par. 1 letter f) – legitimate interest of the data controller,
· Art. 6 par. 1 letter a) – the consent of the person concerned (especially in the case of photos and videos of real estate and marketing).
3. Scope of processed personal data
Depending on the purpose, the following categories of data may be processed in particular:
· title, name, surname,
· date of birth,
· address of permanent residence and correspondence address,
· contact details – telephone, e-mail,
· data provided in identity documents (e.g. OP number – only to the extent necessary),
· property data, photos and video recording of the property,
· business case specification,
· bank connection (if necessary for the execution of the contract),
· other data provided by the person concerned for the purpose of mediating real estate transactions.
National ID number is processed only in cases where it is allowed by Art. 17 of Act no. 18/2018 Coll. (especially for identification purposes in the contractual documentation).
4. Disclosure of personal data to third parties
Personal data is not provided to third parties by default, except in situations:
· mandatory provision according to law (e.g. tax authorities),
· necessary provision by a lawyer for the purpose of legal consultation,
· web hosting or IT service providers – to the extent necessary for IS operation,
· real estate portal and advertising server – if consent was granted to publish photos and information about the property.
Contracts are concluded with all intermediaries according to Art. 28 GDPR.
5. Voluntary provision of personal data
The provision of personal data is voluntary, however, in cases where the processing is necessary for the conclusion or performance of the contract, failure to provide them may be the reason why it will not be possible to properly mediate the real estate transaction.
6. The rights of the data subject according to the GDPR and Act no. 18/2018 Coll.
In particular, the affected person has the right to:
· to access personal data (Article 15 GDPR),
· for correction (Article 16 GDPR),
· for erasure – “right to be forgotten” (Article 17 GDPR),
· to restrict processing (Article 18 GDPR),
· for data portability (Article 20 GDPR),
· object to processing (Article 21 GDPR),
· withdraw consent at any time (Article 7 GDPR),
· file a complaint with the Office for the Protection of Personal Data of the Slovak Republic.
7. Website and cookies
The website uses its own anonymous summary statistics without cookies and without personal identifiers. It only records the daily number of page views and offers, phone or email clicks and successful form submissions, along with the language version and address of the page visited. It does not store IP address, user profile or device identifier. Stores daily detailed summaries for a maximum of 120 days; stores only anonymous cumulative numbers for a long time without the possibility of visitor identification.
In connection with technical operation, the web hosting provider can process mainly the IP address, date and time of access, requested address, browser type and technical error data in the server records. The purpose is safe and reliable operation, error diagnosis and protection against misuse; the data is not used for advertising profiling.
If third-party analytics or marketing tools are added in the future, they will be activated only after obtaining the appropriate consent and this information will be updated.
