Preamble
This Code of Ethics establishes the principles of providing real estate services by the company Dvorák Reality s.r.o., which specializes in the mediation of the sale, purchase and rental of real estate. It contains internal work rules, standards of behavior towards clients and business partners, and principles of professionalism and responsibility.
The goal of the company is to provide quality, professional and transparent services, based on ethical principles, protection of the company’s reputation and the interests of its employees. Familiarity with this code is a condition of cooperation with the company.
1. Good manners and correctness
· The company prohibits and condemns any fraud or deception in the provision of services.
· All information provided by clients and partners is true, complete and verified.
· The company draws attention to possible risks and consequences of clients’ decisions.
· The company strictly rejects corruption, clientelism, unethical lobbying and other violations of ethics.
2. Independence and confidentiality
· The company and its employees maintain independence and objectivity towards clients, partners and institutions.
· They observe the confidentiality of business cases, information and documents without time limit.
3. Education and reputation
· Employees receive regular training in the field of real estate activity, communication and legislation.
· The company pays attention to the professional appearance and demeanor of employees, while not requiring uniforms.
· The use of alcohol and narcotics while performing work is strictly prohibited.
4. Provision of services and data protection
· Services are provided in accordance with the subject of the company’s activity according to the commercial register.
· Information relevant to business cases is always shared with clients and partners.
· Documents and personal data are processed in accordance with the GDPR regulation and the Personal Data Protection Act (current version).
